KFA2 Graphic Card Warranty (Europe) Limited warranty.
KFA2 (Galaxy Microsystems Ltd )(“KFA2”) hereby warrants their Graphic Card to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of sales receipt as sold to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”), subject to all the terms and conditions as specified herein. This warranty does not apply to auctions, eBay, second hand purchase of products or physically altered or amended. KFA2’s sole obligation under this warranty is to replace or, at its option, to repair, free of charge, all the product’s defective parts.
This warranty is only valid if the product:
Any modification made to the Product must be reversed prior to shipment back to KFA2 for warranty service. Product must be in original factory condition to receive warranty service. Determination of damage or defect, as a result of any modifications or overclocking by purchaser, will be at the sole discretion of KFA2. Any charges arising due to modification will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Any return shipping fees may, at KFA2’s sole discretion, be the responsibility of the Purchaser if the product is not covered by the warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TITLE AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, WHICH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. KFA2 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHICH PURCHASER OR THIRD PARTY MAY SUSTAIN, EVEN IF KFA2 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL KFA2’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Purchaser acknowledges that the goods sold by KFA2 are being used or incorporated into other products or systems, and the ultimate safety of those products or systems are the sole responsibility of Purchaser. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability of use of KFA2 products in other products or systems. Purchaser agrees that it and/or its customers are solely responsible and agrees that the use of KFA2 products for any purpose related to such services or otherwise cannot in any way be controlled by KFA2, and Purchaser or its customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any information contained in, entered into, or used in connection with KFA2 products. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability for use of KFA2 products in other product or systems. Third party products and/or systems are including but not limited to motherboards and other system components are not covered by this warranty. In no event shall KFA2 be liable for any damages of any kind sustained by Purchaser, any customer of Purchaser, or others for any suit or claim or demand arising from the use of KFA2 products.
SOME EUROPEAN COUNTIRES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED, ALTERED OR VARIED EXCEPT BY A WRITTEN INSTRUMENT DULY SIGNED BY KFA2.
Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase documentation evidencing the date of purchase (sales receipt or invoice), place of purchase, purchase price, item number or ID, and original packaging and accessories. Purchaser pays for shipping product to KFA2 for warranty. Customer assumes the risk of loss (insurance from loss or damage) in transit and the returned Products shall become the sole property of KFA2. KFA2 warrants that the repaired or replaced Products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the remainder of the original product’s warranty term.
KFA2 reserves the right to inspect and verify the defectiveness of any product returned. Please allow 48 hours processing time once item has been received by KFA2, and 3–5 business days for shipping of the repaired or replacement product.
Return to purchaser shipping fees for repaired or replacement product will be paid for by KFA2. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped via a UK Courier.

In keeping with our valued ideology of providing the best customer service and support, we are pleased to offer our customers the KFA2 Warranty Program which guarantees prompt, hassle-free RMA replacement for eligible defective products. Please note that, as KFA2 strives to honor the best limited warranty in the business, we have made and will continue to make policy changes. Make sure you read this document carefully and check back for updates.
A) Products received by KFA2 must arrive in original condition, perform to original specification, and be complete with all original components to be covered by the protection.
B) Please pack the card with proper packaging (e.g. bubble wrap and antistatic bag) in order to prevent damage during transportation of the RMA product to us.
C) Please do not return any product that does not belong to KFA2 or has not received RMA approval. We will dispose of the rejected item upon receipt.
D) KFA2's RMA Service to its sub-reseller is limited and we shall not be responsible for the condition of products in the following situations:
1. The warranty period has expired.
2. The original fan/cooler has been removed or modified.
3. Any components have been removed / modified / added on the card.
4. There is physical damage on the card (see below).
5. RMA goods are damaged in transit as a result of improper packing. In this case, it will be treated as "Out of warranty". To prevent this, we ask that customers take care to properly pad and package RMA goods when shipping.
The following are examples of products that would be considered "out of warranty":
Components bumped, bent, or warped
PCB or components burnt
Gold contacts burnt
Gold contact broken
Broken or chipped GPU
Thermal grease for Fan / Heat sink / GPU is missing or not original type of grease
Product Label or series number is missing or destroyed
Added, removed, replaced, or modified cooling devices, e.g. heat sink, fan.
